hey! i've got a new skin again! well i think its really cool so i really like it....today we had gym but the bars were not in yet so we went to use the fitness certre's bars....doing circle up circle down in really fun but chin ups ain't fun at all! well anyway i stayed for the afternoon training too it was really cool cuz when the other people went to do bars we got the whole gym to ourselves! then ofcourse we did normal gym and then conditioning...ok well i am running out of time! i have to go watch antm so...till next time ciao!
